This role is responsible for helping to ensure that the community is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner through providing the preventative and contractual care of the facilities.
Completes general maintenance tasks as assigned, including but not limited to HVAC, pumps, motors, carpentry, etc.
Will assist in remodel activities as needed.
Job Requirements:
Prior maintenance experience required Maintenance experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Knowledge of a special trade (Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, etc.
) a plus Ability to prioritize work assignments Optalis Offers:
