L J Traffic Control LLC L J Traffic Control LLC Circleville, OH Circleville, OH Full-time Full-time $60,000 - $70,000 a year $60,000 - $70,000 a year Duties - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions - Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing - Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies - Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Maintain employee records and HR databases - Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and make informed decisions - Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for human capital management Skills - Strong interviewing skills to effectively assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization - Proficiency in HR software systems such as Paychex, Oracle, or similar platforms - Strategic planning abilities to align HR initiatives with organizational goals - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ability to ensure compliance in the workplace - Experience in payroll administration, including processing and reconciling payroll data - Data collection skills to gather relevant information for analysis and decision-making purposes - Ability to analyze data using various tools and techniques to identify patterns or trends - Familiarity with Oracle or similar HRIS systems for managing employee data - Expertise in human capital management strategies to optimize workforce performance - Strong leadership skills to collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives Note:
