Our 99 bed facility includes 18 private rehab suites as well as a 24 bed memory care unit.
Duties:
- Administer medications and injections to patients as prescribed by physicians - Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities - Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples for laboratory testing - Assist with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians - Provide basic life support in emergency situations - Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans - Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques Check us out and se the POSITIVE difference for yourself!
