Essential Functions Perform data entry of freight claims to be submitted to freight carriers Audit and approve/reject freight bill invoices for payment based on criteria Maintain records on the destination, weight, and charges on all incoming and outgoing freight.

Weekly freight payment reconciliation Various administrative duties as needed Skills Needed Working knowledge of SAP is a plus but not required Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiency required High attention to accuracy and details.
